The House of Hip-Hop is a newly launched art gallery by The National Hip-Hop Museum, located at 2622 Georgia Ave NW and 406 Florida Avenue NW in Washington DC. The galleries showcase interactive exhibits featuring select memorabilia from the museum's vast collection, the largest of its kind in the world. It also highlights visual artists across various mediums, including painting, photography, digital art, sculpture, mixed media, videography, education, illustration, and animation, all with a focus on Hip-Hop culture. Exhibits rotate every 60 to 90 days, providing a dynamic platform for both artists and artifacts, and continually shining a spotlight on the richness of Hip-Hop history.
