"The idea came up about a year and a half ago with myself and 1XRun's Jesse Cory," he explains. "Jesse said that since I had all of these phenomenal images from behind the scenes of Wild Style, we should do something with them.
Wild Style is such an important part of the culture being the first time that it appeared on film, so I reached out to [Wild Style director] Charlie Ahearn who said yes.
