Shanghai's Yanwai is a chic new restaurant a few minutes drive away from the city’s central Jing’an district opened by a passionate husband and wife team. As outdoor enthusiasts, select elements of their restaurant — including titanium mugs from Snow Peak and aluminum mess tins from Trangia — were uniquely curated to reflect an escape from the city while maintaining a clean and elevated dining space. This sneaker features metallic silver leather uppers reminiscent of outdoor dining gear, logo-branded green suede heel tabs, and heavy-duty rope laces. An orange grapple is fixed onto the extended stays where a carabiner can be attached, and clay hues decorate the shell-toe, lining, tongue tab, and rubber sole units. Rounding out the offering are brown alternate laces arriving in the “adilicious”-branded shoebox.
