Shipping & Return Policy

At The Hip-Hop Shop, we take pride in offering rare, vintage, limited-edition, and one-of-a-kind items that celebrate Hip-Hop culture. Due to the nature of some of our inventory,
all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns or refunds. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about sizing, item condition, or availability, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.
Processing times may be extended during holidays or periods of high volume.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you select Priority Mail, your order will receive priority processing and will ship via the carrier offering the fastest delivery based on your location.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of shipment:

For orders under $120 shipped Priority Mail, we will assist you in filing a claim. USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of insurance coverage. (Domestic)
For orders over $120, please contact us and we will file a claim with the appropriate carrier on your behalf. (Domestic and International)

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only in rare cases, such as when the wrong item or incorrect size is sent.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, with tags attached (if applicable).
We will provide a return shipping label. Once the incorrect item is received, we will ship the correct item at no additional charge.

Please note: We cannot offer exchanges for items ordered in the correct size or condition.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will ship on or around the estimated date provided on the product page.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order will ship once all items are available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or outdated address, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note the following:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
We are not responsible for international delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Pricing

The museum is a non-profit with two brick-and-mortar locations and we use our revenue for our Grand Induction Ceremonies which honor the Legends of Hip-Hop, document their stories, hold free educational events, and purchase historical items. This means that we don't net any revenue or make a profit, all of our money goes right back into helping the Legends archive their career and musical legacy.

You will find that many of our items are not found elsewhere, one-of-a-kind or unique to our shop. We hope you can support us by finding items you enjoy, believe in, and will increase in value for your collection.
